After announcing on Twitter earlier and redirecting x.com to twitter.com, Elon Musk has finally changed Twitter’s Bird logo to X.
Previously, a flickering logo was shared in a video, which later was affirmed as an interim logo for X. That X logo has now finally replaced the blue bird everywhere for Twitter.
Elon Musk, who bought Twitter back in 2022 for $44 billion, is making bold changes to the platform. These changes aren’t random, it aligns with Elon Musk’s vision for X – The Everything app.
Musk has had an ambitious commitment to X name since the inception of X.com, an online bank that he founded and later sold and renamed to PayPal. After the acquisition, Musk bought the X.com domain and kept it till now. He also named one of his sons “X Æ A-12,” which her ex-girlfriend Grimes explains as,
X is the “unknown variable,” Æ is her elven spelling meaning love or artificial intelligence and A-12 is indeed the Archangel-12.
