Method 1: From the native Instagram app
Here’s how to check who liked a comment on Instagram:

Press and hold your finger on the “heart” icon (the like button) located next to the comment. Hold for a moment.

A pop-up or a section will appear displaying the total number of likes for that particular comment. You will also see the usernames of the people who liked the comment.

If it’s your comment that you’re looking for, you can check comment likes on your comment from the notification center as well. Please note that this doesn’t let you check other people’s comment likes, as they can only do so using their Instagram account from their notification center.
