A new POCO phone has been launched for the Indian market. Back in 2018, the POCO phone turned many heads when it was released with flagship specs and low price. It stole the title of the flagship killer from OnePlus. With Snapdragon 845 under the hood, POCO phone was the cheapest smartphone with that much power in just $300. Build quality vise; it wasn’t great, but it was a performance powerhouse.
After some time, the brand went no show, and there wasn’t any announcement for a new POCO phone in 2019. Now, POCO is separate from Xiaomi but still runs a customized version of MIUI for its new POCO X2.

Speaking of the new POCO X2, the smartphone isn’t a successor to the 2018’s POCO phone since it doesn’t have flagship specs; however, it still comes out with 120Hz hole-punch Display and a massive 4,500mAh battery. POCO X2 comes with a Snapdragon 730G processor, a 6.67″ 1080p 120Hz refresh rate display, 27W fast charging support with massive 4,500mAh battery. And surprise! It has a headphone jack. The power button has an integrated fingerprint sensor, so you can unlock it just by clicking the power button.
Let’s talk about the camera. Ever since companies started focusing on quality rather than quantity, we see 12-megapixel as a primary sensor in smartphones. Since the inception of dual, triple, and quad cameras, the camera numbers are increasing. POCO X2 has Sony’s IMX686 64-megapixel sensor along with an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a depth sensor of 2-megapixel. The front-facing camera tech includes a 20-megapixel sensor coupled with a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
